Wisdom is a practice

Everyone that grows old is not wise and everyone that is wise is not old. Wisdom is not a guarantee of aging.

Wisdom is cultivated in moments of mindfulness and presence. It is grown through acts of compassion and selflessness.

Wisdom is fostered by following your breath in moments of stress. It is developed through patience in the midst of frustration.
In order to gain wisdom you must practice.  Practice kindness and understanding.  Practice love and loyalty.  Practice bringing out the best parts of yourself, every single day.  That’s wisdom.
