Drama Within

Sometimes the things that occur outside of ourselves, reflects what is happening within.  When your daily life is riddled with drama, angst, and discontentment, you might find that you are having similar struggles right inside of you.

Self-hatred is not always visible, it may hide behind the guise of egotistical behavior.  It may lie in the way you treat other people, with disdain and lack of respect. You may look to others for validation, simply because you cannot see the good in yourself.

The drama within you is yours to conquer, it cannot be dissolved by someone else. If you can manage to take a long hard look inside and identify the areas that need healing, your life will change.  By seeking to fix yourself within, you will shift the entire axis of your world.

I love this blog too. And this post in particular. So true. So true.
Quick off topic question...
How do you get that "You might also like:" to show? I'm using blogger and will try one more time to see if I can figure it out.

Hi Stacey,
Thank you for following my blog.
This post is so true, especially the "self-hatred hides behind egotistical behavior." When I was in junior high, I didn't like myself very much at all, but I always pretended I thought I was so smart. Then i saw the unparalleled beauty of humility, through the actions of another person, and my life became better for it.
Great post!
