Clear out the space

Information is thrown at you daily.  On the news, in conversation, at work, and at home, the barrage is endless.  When you're focused on what you're supposed to do and what needs to be done by others, it can be impossible to keep up with it all.

Believe it or not, there is a such thing as TOO MUCH information.  It is your job to filter what information you ingest and what you throw away. All information is not good information.  If it's toxic, negative, or belittling, trash it.

You are the editor in chief in your life.  You decide what feels good to your mind, body, and spirit.  It's up to you to get rid of the junk and de-clutter.

If you are suffering from information overload, unplug. Silence the self-talk, mindless chatter, external babbling, and allow the warmth of peace to wash over you. Clear out the space between your ears, so that you can increase the productivity of your life.

This is precisely why I don't want the news except for once in a while. If you ever pay attention to it, for the 30 minutes it's on, it's nothing but bad news, and most people watch that before going to sleep, very depressing.

I love reading comments, almost as much as I love reading books!
