The Liberation of Age

Living up to your worth is a lifelong process. It begins from the moment you recognize that you are an individual.  As you age, you gain wisdom and knowledge.  You learn from your mistakes and take those lessons and apply them to your life.

There is something so liberating about getting older.  You think less about what others may think and more about how you feel.  You embrace the art of letting go of things that are not within your control.  You give yourself permission to be open and honest about who you are and who you’re not.

Aging is freedom in its highest form. It’s about being genuine and basking in your authenticity.  Aging is like taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly, feeling the calm and relief that can only come from relaxing into your own space.

Like everything in existence you are aging, but you’re not getting old, you’re getting better. You are evolving into the person you were meant to be.  Every step, every challenge, and every victory brings you closer to your divine self.

"You think less about what others may think and more about how you feel." Lately, this is so true for me, as I strive to be more authentic to myself.

Tell it! It's so true. Is it normal for happiness and contentment to grow as we age? What a wonderful discovery!

I love reading comments, almost as much as I love reading books!
