Sometimes you really don't feel like doing anything. Maybe you are having a bad day, in the midst of a crisis, or perhaps you just don't feel like it.
Life will continue to happen, whether you like it or not. Sometimes it's best to just do it anyway. The very thing that you don't feel like doing, could very well turn into a catalyst for change.
