Are you holding on to the past or is the past holding on to you? The past is behind you and will never be in front of you unless you keep reliving it.
Replaying an incident over and over in your head just causes stress. It's over and done with, now it's time to move on. Whatever you think could have been, isn't. Whatever you think should have happened, didn't. Time has moved on and so can you.
Let go of what happened yesterday and embrace what is happening today. Think about what you were meant to learn from the experience and apply it to this moment.
The past can only repeat itself if you bring it with you into the present. Leave the past behind, where it belongs and look ahead.
