Playing on the Same Team

If you were playing offense on a team, would you work against your defense?  If not…then why do you work against the people in your life?
The people that love you are on your team.  They’re not here to work against you; they’re here to partner with you.  Teammates don’t always get along, but when it’s down to the wire…teams pull together for the common goal.
The adversity that exists on teams is necessary.  You need to disagree in order to learn.  You need to learn in order to grow.  You need to grow in order to win.
Get off your soap box and get down in the dugout.  It takes the effort of an entire team to win at this life. Roll up your sleeves and act like you're a part of a winning team.

I love reading comments, almost as much as I love reading books!
