Cry if you want to

Tears are hardly ever welcome.  It doesn’t matter if it’s for joy or sorrow, tears are messy business.  Don’t try hold them back, tears are natural, so let them flow.
Tears are the results of moving and powerful experiences.  When you’re happy the tears of joy can flow like a river.  But when you’re sad, angry, or destitute the tears are even more abundant.
Tears have gumption; they will not show up unless the mood is just right.  If you are feeling like the world is coming to an end, tears are the first sign of hope.  If you are sitting on top of the world, tears are a sign of victory.
If you feel like crying…do it.  Don’t waste time worrying about what others are going to think, these tears are yours!  Your tears are your personal wishing well, designed to give you strength and courage, to remind you of where you’ve been, and to let you know that you can and will overcome.

I love reading comments, almost as much as I love reading books!
